Greggs recently ruined my day I'm telling Kanye
Greggs recently ruined my day. I'm allergic to cheese and mayonnaise and they have now discriminated against my kind by removing the only baguette chicken and stuffing and gravy from the shelves. I usually buy one daily and as resident of great Britain feel shocked and let down that you have removed such a traditional British inspired choice. I would have genuinely spent the price of those sausage roll style yeezys on that baguette so don't worry about our minority, I'll contact kanye and start saving the daily £15 I used to spend on pastries for crepes.
DISAPPOINTED !
Had many of Greggs magic bags now disappoined that they are virtually the same products. We always purchase 2 bags and are identical where is before when we first got them a good range of items and quantityit seems now they do 5 bags they cannot give the variety like before. Also the amount we got when first ordered dramatically different. You know exactly what your going to get. I know its what is left over but so very different since you increased the amount of bags available! Feel the magic has gone. Haven't ordered any since the difference ! Cannot see that changing have used Wenzels as they are good.

Not to be repeated
In the branch in Livingston yesterday. Every single baby high chair was really dirty and thick with crumbs.
We wandered around looking for a clean table but there wasn’t one, eventually used nappy wipes before we sat down.
A lady dropped her coffee cup on her way back to her table. This elderly lady, who was quite rotund, making bending over really difficult for her, tried to clean it up herself with a load of tissues as no one came to help.
Eventually a young, tall thin girl came with a mop and bucket and when she saw that it was mostly wiped up, she tutted and walked away. Floor wasn’t cleaned.
A really nice assistant came over and said that she shouldn’t be doing that and had anyone replaced her coffee.
Really wasn’t a nice experience at all.
Unethical service at West Bromwich…
Unethical service at West Bromwich Greggs.
My 9 years old went in excited to have his stuff on his own as I was with the baby following him.
There were 2 ladies in the store rushing to pack up as it was closing time and no other customers.
When I reached the store they already had sold extremely cold pizza and a chiken bake to him.
I requested to heat it and they said NO.
Who on earth eats cold pizza so I asked to refund or heat
They said no and offered me to throw the stuff in the bin.
They justified they already explained everything to the kid??
How and when? What they expected of a 9 year old.
Why they sold it to a kid without an adult?what if he is allergic??
What is Greggs policy I am really concerned over this.
Horrendous ladies, unkind with no sense of responsibility towards customer.
Llantwit Major Hit & Miss
Yet another day where this branch is closed. The opening times should be " Now and Again. I have lost count of the times I have visited this branch to find they are closed.....AGAIN.
I have given up on it now. Another customer lost !!!!!
Bad Service
I went in there with my younger sister and she asked for southern fried chicken bites the man thought she said chicken bake. He asked her how much and she said ten (thinking of chicken bites.) THEN his colleage came and started to fill bags of chicken bakes and i realised that so then i said "no she meant chicken bites not chicken bakes" and the women said in a really rude tone " well no i don't know what chicken bite are" then walked off.
And i found that really rude

Greggs Glasgow Fort terrible service
Waited patently in the very long Q, eventually bought a cold sandwich and black coffee.
I was told to stand out of the way and wait for my coffee.
I stood at the side and watched her serve large orders to 2 other customers.
Then somebody with an large orange bag arrived, pushed his way to the front of the Q and they started to serve him right away.
After waiting 5 minutes I left, no point drinking a cold coffee.

Never look a gift horse in the mouth!
As a regular customer to Gregg's was today met at the counter of the Eastcheap EC3 branch and ordered a white coffee (always good) only to find I had left my debit card at home for some reason. Embarrassing situation meant I asked to decline my order but was as a goodwill gesture offered them free of charge.
Never look a gift horse in the mouth.
Many thanks ladies.

Not bad since they upgraded a few shops The Avonmeads one a good example, could do with more staff serving at busy times though gets so busy. Coffee though has improved flavour wise and far cheaper than rip off Costa next door
